Chef Jaime Among New UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy Chef Ambassadors
Chef Jaime, General Manager at Carriqui, joins 5 other area chefs as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy Chef Ambassador for San Antonio.

Chef Jaime Gonzalez joins 5 other San Antonio chefs “selected to represent the city as UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy chef ambassadors. The chefs will serve a two-year term sharing the diverse culinary and cultural traditions of San Antonio's foodways both abroad and here at home.”
Representing Pearl restaurants, Chef Jaime is joined by Sofia Tejeda, James Beard Award-nominated pastry chef at Hotel Emma and Supper.
